Braintree, MA February 23, 2017 – Condyne announced the extension of a 155,016 square-foot office and warehouse lease with Phillips Pet Food and Supplies formally known as Super Dog Pet Food Company at Crossroads Commerce Center in E. Taunton, MA. Phillips is a Pennsylvania-based organization that acquired Super Dog in 2010. Its mission is to provide pet food and supplies, and specialty services to customers throughout the pet industry. The East Taunton location services customers from Maine to Connecticut. It provides products to kennels, veterinary clinics, and retail outlets. The lease extension is between landlord MA Industrial Taunton, LLC, a component of Condyne Investment Fund II, and tenant Phillips Pet Food and Supplies. Transwestern represented the Landlord in this transaction. The office space consists of a reception area, private offices, a conference room, and an accounting and sales area. It also holds a kitchen and lunch room equipped with vending machines for employee use. The warehouse space features a 30-foot clear height that is completely racked including a mezzanine and freezer space. It has 22 dock doors and trailer parking with 10 storage spaces. Additionally, the warehouse has high-efficiency lights and sensors installed throughout. Phillips is located off Route 24 near the Silver City Galleria.
