Braintree, MA March 21, 2017 – Condyne announced intentions to extend its lease with AGFA Corporation, an e-commerce and online catalogue supplier of architectural materials, foam board, printing, and other supplies. It is located at 160 Dascomb Road in Andover, MA. The lease is between landlord Dascomb Road L.P., a joint partnership between Condyne Investment Fund II and Greenstreet MGR Realty, and tenant AFGA Corporation. JLL represented the Landlord and JLL NJ represented the tenant in this transaction. The lease of the 42,000 square-foot office and warehouse space is set to commence in August 2017. AFGA is located near Route 93 near other offices, warehouses, and retail stores.
