Mr. Popeo is responsible for expanding Condyne’s fund management capacity and developing its processes and protocols related to new fund creation. Chief among these responsibilities is managing Condyne’s relationships with institutional investors and joint-venture partners. Bob takes a lead role in capital planning and ongoing investor communications associated with the Condyne funds.

Prior to joining Condyne, Bob practiced corporate law for more than a decade, most of that time at Mintz Levin in Boston. As a corporate attorney, Bob advised public and private companies in various industries in the areas of corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing corporate matters.

Earlier in his career, Bob worked at one of the nation’s largest commercial banking institutions, focused on commercial lending and the management of problem real estate loans.

Bob’s years of legal practice and prior experience in commercial banking, real estate workouts, and real estate development provide a broad perspective on Condyne’s strategic planning. Bob’s background grants him unique access to a network of professionals and expert resources that he is able to draw upon for insight into best practices and current market standards for the benefit of Condyne and its investors.
