Brian Watts is the Director of Asset Management at Condyne where he oversees and manages all properties for Condyne and its affiliates. He joined Condyne in 2007 and since then, has successfully advised tenants to achieve their real estate objectives across the organization’s diverse portfolio of assets. Furthermore, he performs due diligence efforts during the acquisition of new properties. Watts has established and maintained strong professional relationships with joint venture partners and tenant liaisons and pursues leads for future opportunities.
Previously, Watts held management positions at RREEF Management and C.B. Richard Ellis. It was at these companies where he gained valuable experience in the management of high-end properties and devised and implemented strategic plans for commercial and industrial assets which he has carried into his role at Condyne.
Watts is married with four children. In his spare time, he coaches youth baseball and golfs. He graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration.
