Displays2Go – Fall River, MA

Condyne and Polar Design Build completed a 650,000 square-foot total transformation, tenant fit-up for Displays2Go in Fall River, MA. Displays2Go is an e-commerce retailer that specializes in display products, point of purchase products, exhibit supplies, and accessories. The building underwent a complete transformation from a manufacturing facility to a major distribution center. Previous textile equipment and associated systems were removed in preparation for all new narrow aisle, wire guided order picking machinery. There were upgrades made to the EFSR fire protection system and new HVAC chiller systems were installed. In addition, the distribution center includes 8 overhead automated dock doors. The primary electrical service was relocated and all new high-bay LED motion sensor lights were installed. Displays2Go is located off Route 24 near Freetown State Forest and Bristol Community College.

Kenworth Northeast – Brockton, MA

Condyne and Polar Design Build completed a 50,000 square-foot office, showroom and service area renovation for Kenworth Northeast in Brockton, MA. Kenworth Northeast is an independently owned truck dealership that supplies the region with medium to heavy duty trucks and parts for vocational use. The facility features 20 service bays, a training room, a room dedicated to compressed natural gas, a well-stocked 40,000 square-foot service and parts warehouse, and a welcoming driver’s lounge. The building also offers an area to provide service for fabrication, component rebuild, and liquefied natural gas powered commercial vehicles. It houses bays used to provide customers with rapid diagnostic reports, quick-lube service for preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and a drive through truck wash. The dealership was built on a 6-acre parcel of land, and is located off Route 24 near several other transportation dealerships.

1A Auto – Littleton, MA

Condyne and Polar Design Build completed a 90,000 square-foot tenant fit-up that includes new office and warehouse space for 1A Auto in Littleton, MA. 1A Auto is a second generation, family owned and operated national auto parts retailer. The building includes all new offices, restrooms, a break room, an IT room, and cube farms. The warehouse is racked with conveyer belts throughout, and high-bay LED motion sensor lights were installed. It is capable of handling future mezzanines for storage and parts, and boasts epoxy flooring. The electrical and sprinkler systems also underwent a complete upgrade. Condyne also acts as the property managers for the building 1A Auto is located off Route 495 near recreation facilities, restaurants and automobile dealerships.

Copeland Chevrolet – Brockton, MA

Polar Design Build is in the midst of construction on a 30,000 square-foot automobile dealership located on a 5.7 acre parcel for Copeland Chevrolet in Brockton, MA. Copeland is a family owned and operated car dealership that sells new and used Chevrolets and offers vehicle maintenance performed by on-site certified technicians. The building includes a 18,000 square-foot showroom, a 17,000 square-foot service department, and 5,000 square-foot mezzanine for storage and parts. There will be 16 service bays with an underground exhaust system and trench drains, a 4 car detail area with floor drainage, and a 6 car service drop off area with service desks. The new space will also feature an area for customer amenities and it will boast modern finishes throughout. Copeland Chevrolet is located off Route 24 near other dealerships, retail stores, and restaurants which makes it a convenient location for car shoppers in the Southeastern region.
