Mr. Dibb has over 12 years of Civil Engineering, Site Planning and Project Management experience and is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts. His responsibilities will include project management, civil/site engineering and engineering business development.

Mr. Dibb has extensive experience in the design and preparation of drawings and specifications for commercial, industrial and residential civil/site projects.

Specific Project Experience

Norton, MA – Norton Commerce Center Master Plan – Mr. Dibb has prepared the Master Plan for the Condyne owned Norton Commerce Center which consists of 9 vacant industrial properties containing over 80 acres with approximately 550,000 S.F. of industrial and office space proposed.

Brockton, MA – 1150 W. Chestnut Street warehouse redevelopment – Mr. Dibb has designed and permitted tenant improvements and site upgrades for an existing warehouse in Brockton. The design included multiple cost effective drainage retrofits to meet the redevelopment requirements of the new DEP stormwater management policy and the local Conservation Commission.

Littleton, MA – Littleton Distribution Center Master Plan – Mr. Dibb has designed the master plan for an industrial center that includes nearly 1,000,000 S.F. of warehouse space in Littleton, MA. The planning includes multiple tenant improvement grading and layout plans, septic layouts, civil/site design and preparation of presentation graphics for marketing and permitting purposes.

Norton, MA – 10 Commerce Way – Mr. Dibb has designed and permitted a 26,000 s.f. warehouse and office project located on a portion of 10 Commerce Way in the Norton Commerce Center. The project required local and state approvals including Conservation, Planning Board Site Plan Review, a Special Permit and a submittal of an Environmental Notification Form (ENF) to the State of Massachusetts. The design included new Low Impact Development techniques to meet the new drainage requirements within the DEP Stormwater Regulations.

Foxborough, MA – Retail Redevelopment – Mr. Dibb has completed the conceptual planning and design of a new 64,000 S.F. retail store and redevelopment of an existing 30,000 s.f. retail center in Foxborough, MA.
