ADVO Inc.

This 160,725 s.f. office and warehouse is the new production facility for ADVO Inc. and serves as a touring location for clients.

The building is constructed out of a combination of insulated metal panel and masonry block. The warehouse is constructed out of architectural insulated metal wall panel with 12 inch reinforced insulated concrete block 16 feet high. This modern high bay facility features a clear height of 36’ and is serviced by 21 loading dock doors. The 400 watt metal halide lighting is installed in the warehouse with open acrylic lenses, and an ESFR system designed to NFPA 13 standards includes a fire pump.

Amenities include a day care center for ADVO associates, a fitness center and a cafeteria. Advantage Construction, Inc. is the design builder for the facility and has assisted Callico with all the permitting and design for the project.
