Mark Dibb is the Director of Engineering at Condyne where he is responsible for civil and site design, Title 5 septic design, local and state permitting, stormwater management design, and overall project management. He also performs field soil evaluations and is a licensed soil evaluator. Dibb utilizes the most current versions AutoCAD Civil 3D and the Infrastructure Design Suite for draft and design of Condyne projects.
Dibb has recently completed a project that included the submittal of a Single Environmental Impact Report to MEPA for construction within an industrial park. He has also completed projects that included Notice of Intent filings with Massachusetts DEP, Special Permit and Site Plan Approvals from local towns, and Zoning Board of Appeals variance approvals. He performs all required duties that lead to the successful completion of each engineering project in a well-timed manner.
Before Condyne, Dibb worked at BSC Group in Yarmouth, Massachusetts and ESS Group in Sandwich, Massachusetts where he managed and designed projects throughout the Eastern border. He was responsible for commercial and residential design projects across Cape Cod. He also worked on the Wareham Crossing retail development which has over 50 stores and restaurants including Target and Lowes. The skills he gained during his time at the two companies translates well into his role at Condyne Engineering Group.
His interests include volunteering and coaching for his kids’ sports teams, going to the beach, and doing outdoor activities all year round. Mark received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Clarkson University in 1996.
