Condyne Capital Partners and Polar Design Build Announce Yale Appliance Building Complete at Bluestar Business Park

Condyne Capital Partners and Polar Design Build announce that the building at 42 Leonard Street has been completed.

 

This is the first building constructed at Phase II of Bluestar Business Park located in Norton, MA. The newly constructed 220,000SF Class A high-bay warehouse features tilt-up concrete walls, 32’ clear height, 47 dock doors, EV charging stations and solar ready rooftop installation.

 

Condyne Capital and Polar Design Build has partnered with Maugel DeStefano Architects, CBC Engineering, Flood Consulting and DiPrete Engineering to create plans to accommodate tenant layout and design requirements including office space, sortation equipment and column spacing.

 

Bluestar Business Park is conveniently located in the Southeastern submarket of Boston off Route 495.
