Condyne designed a 160,000 square-foot production facility for Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in Norton, MA. The office and warehouse is located on a 12 acre parcel. Condyne provided engineering services that include site design, storm water management design, and oversight coordination. Condyne also provided a photometric lighting plan design and a geotechnical investigative report. Condyne was responsible for obtaining a flammable liquids license and other local and state permits. Furthermore, it will create a landscape design for the area surrounding the new building. Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is located off Route 495 within the Norton Commerce Center industrial park.
