Dan joined Condyne Capital Partners in 2022 and has over 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. He is responsible for performing full-cycle accounting for all Condyne properties. His primary role is to assist our Controller with monthly financial statements, review all payables and ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner. Dan issues all rent statements to Condyne tenants and oversees all collection efforts on receivables due.
Dan holds an Accounting degree from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
