Melissa joined Condyne Capital Partners in 2018 and has over ten years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. She is responsible for performing full-cycle accounting for all Condyne properties. Her primary role is to assist our Controller with monthly financial statements, review all payables and ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner. Melissa issues all rent statements to Condyne tenants and oversees all collection efforts on receivables due.
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bridgewater State College and will be enrolling in night classes to pursue her CPA.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys any activity that includes fitness or beauty.
