The project will include 300 “Class A ”muti-family living units and dedicated space for service-based retail assets. This portfolio is located with easy access to major highways (91 and 84).Supported with public transportation nearby and an ample labor force is available to support tenant operations throughout the Greater Hartford area.
The original office building will be repurposed into a 3-story residential building with a partial 4thfloor addition allowing for a total of (31) studio, (269) 1-and 2-bedroom apartments, along with 3 new construction 4-story buildings each housing new apartments allowing for a total of 300 Class A dwellings for the Town of Windsor.
The Project will include amenities such as fitness center, pool, dog park, community kitchen, fire pits and meeting rooms, which will help foster a strong sense of community. Meanwhile, undeveloped retail space offers great potential for a variety of businesses, from restaurants and cafes to entertainment venues and services.
