Condyne developed a 34,000 square-foot Kenworth truck sales and repair center in Middleton, MA.

The facility features 11 service bays, offices, break rooms, show room and maintenance bays. The building also offers an area to provide service for fabrication, component rebuild, and new and used vehicle sales.

The parcel also has new and used trucks for sale, mobile service advisors and technicians, state inspection bays, wash bays and radiant heated flooring in service bays.

The new two-floor rental and repair center will feature architectural metal panels, masonry block, and exterior glazing. It will have over 120 parking spaces with room for tractor trailers, box trucks, and a rental fleet. The site will also include a two-lane fuel island with a 20,000-gallon tank. The first level of the of the interior will have an area dedicated to truck repair and parts storage. There will be 13 truck service bays, a wash bay, a lube equipment room, and a tire carousel area. The firm will install a welcoming driver’s lounge and reception area in the front. The second level of the interior will have associated operational offices and a conference room. There will also be a break room, locker rooms, and a training room installed upstairs for employee use.
