The contract is between Bolton Office Park, LLC., a joint partnership between Condyne Investment Partners, LLC and Ameritas, and VMS Software Inc. Transwestern represented the Landlord, and O’Brien Commercial represented the Tenant. VMS Software, Inc. is located within the Bolton Office Park at 580 Main Street, and fills 19,713 square-feet of the first and second floor within a 105,600 s.f. building. The premises will undergo a 5,943 s.f. expansion effective March 2017 to make-up a total leased area of 25,656 s.f. VMS Software, Inc. is situated near Route 495 making it a convenient location for commuters in the central Massachusetts region.
