LPM Holding Company Signs Long Term Lease with Condyne Capital

Condyne Capital Partners, LLC just signed a long-term lease with LPM Holding Company, formerly of Maynard, MA.

 

LPM Holding Company will be occupying 8425 +/- SF of office space for their new headquarters in Bolton, MA, following tenant improvements. The tenant, LPM Holding Company, Inc. is relocating to 580 Main Street in Bolton after the anticipated disposition of their building in Maynard.

 

Nate Nickerson, Associate at O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. headquartered in Concord, Massachusetts, completed the lease transaction.

 

LPM Holding Company, Inc. is a family-owned and operated hospitality management firm with accounts throughout the Eastern Seaboard. Their corporate headquarters have recently been moved to Bolton, MA.  Their new offices will house a full-service commissary and infrastructure designed to provide financial services, administration, information technology, marketing, multimedia, and staffing to support and assist remote dining operations.
