Condyne on behalf of its partnership, West Greenwich Tech Park III, assisted in a land sale to Newport Trust located in West Greenwich, Rhode Island.  The sale of Parcels A and C, located at 51 Technology Way, totals more than 711,000 SF spans across 16.33 acres.  The buyer represented themselves, in the $1,364,750.00 sale while the seller was represented by Gerald Lavallee of CBRE.

 

The land is located in a business-friendly section of Rhode Island and is poised to fuel economic growth in an area with a strong regional labor base attracted to work opportunities close to home.  51 Technology Way is within the West Greenwich Technology Park and is centrally located within the New England area allowing for easy connectivity to major cities such as Boston, Providence, and Hartford.  The site is less than a mile from the Route 95 cloverleaf and 15 minutes from the T.F.
