CONDYNE ANNOUNCES LEASE RENEWAL WITH T-MOBILE

Braintree, MA (March 7, 2016) – Condyne announced the renewal of a 14,580 square-foot (s.f.) lease with T-Mobile located within the Norton Commerce Center industrial park that will expire in 2027. The contract is between Norton Commerce Center 10, a joint partnership between the Condyne Investment Fund II and Dead River Company, and T-Mobile. Transwestern represented the Landlord and JLL represented the Tenant. Norton Commerce 10 will expand the premises 4,800 s.f. and make improvements to the space including the removal of demising walls, and the expansion of T-Mobile’s data center as part of the Tenant Improvement allowance. T-Mobile is located near Route 495 and Route 24 near other offices, warehouses, restaurants and retail stores.
