Condyne Capital Partners, LLC announced that it has executed a long-term lease between tenant Semi-Lab and landlord WEST-CDYN Venture, LLC within the BT-37 Business Park at 101 Billerica Avenue in Billerica, Massachusetts.

Semilab was founded in 1989 as a spin-off company by a team of scientists from the Research Institute for Technical Physics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Since then, Semilab has become the market leader in the area of electrical metrology for solar cell manufacturing, and the 5th biggest pure-play semiconductor metrology company.

BT37 is a six-building master-planned office/flex park located at 101 Billerica Avenue in Billerica and Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The park offers 448,707 SF across 44 acres.
