Condyne Capital Partners and Polar Design Build Begin on Tenant Improvements at 105 Baker Hollow Rd, Windsor

Condyne Capital Partners and Polar Design Build announce that the base building at 105 Baker Hollow Road has been completed.

This is the first building constructed at the Baker Hollow Logistics Center located in Windsor, CT. The office fit-out has commenced for Safelite Auto Glass. The newly constructed 165,625SF Class A high-bay warehouse features tilt-up concrete walls, 32’ clear height, 38 dock doors, four EV charging stations, a 100,000-gallon fire suppression tank and solar rooftop installation. Fit-out completion is scheduled for June 2023.

Condyne Capital and Polar Design Build has partnered with Maugel DeStefano Architects, Quieto Consulting Engineers, Flood Consulting and Alford Associates Civil Engineering to create plans to accommodate tenant layout and design requirements including office space, sortation equipment and column spacing.

Baker Hollow Logistics Center is conveniently located in the submarket of Hartford, Connecticut off Route 91. Baker Hollow Logistics Center is Condyne’s newest development comprising of 165,625 square feet of modern high bay fulfillment and industrial warehouse serving todays E-Commerce and distribution market.
