CONDYNE ANNOUNCES LEASE EXTENSION WITH OUTLAW AUDIO IN NORTON, MA

Braintree, MA March 10, 2017 – Condyne announced that it has executed a lease extension between landlord Norton Commerce Center 10, a joint partnership between Condyne Investment Fund II and Dead River Company, and tenant Outlaw Audio within the Norton Commerce Center. Transwestern represented the landlord in this transaction. The consumer electronics organization will continue its operations at 10 Commerce Way in Norton, MA within a 2,300 square-foot office and warehouse space that comprises 5% percent of the total building for an additional 3 years. The contract includes landlord upgrades such as fresh paint to all interior walls, installation of commercial carpet, and new ballasts and lighting. Outlaw Audio designs and manufactures its own brand of high-performance audio and video components, and sells its products online. It is located near Route 495 and Route 95, a convenient location to distribute its products.
