Measurement Computing provides PC-based data acquisition hardware and software to consumers. The rented space comprises 27 percent of the total building and consists of an office, call center, technical and lab area. The organization has 55 workers at its Norton location. The contract is between Norton Commerce Center 10, LLC, a joint partnership between Condyne Investment Fund II and Dead River Company, and Measurement Computing Corporation. Transwestern represented the Landlord and Newmark Knight Frank represented the Tenant. The lease extension will commence in May 2017. Following the lease renewal, the landlord will implement improvements for the tenant including new paint, a professional carpet clean, re-lighting throughout the entire premises, replace 2 exterior passage doors, refurnish restrooms, and replace HVAC units. Measurement Computing is located at 10 Commerce Way in Norton, MA near Route 495 and Route 95 making it a convenient location for commuters in the Southeastern Massachusetts region.
