CONDYNE EXECUTES LEASE WITH EXTRA SPACE MANAGEMENT, INC. IN BOLTON, MA

Braintree, MA June 20, 2017 – Condyne announced that it has executed a long-term lease with Extra Space Management, Inc. within the Bolton Office Park. The contract is between Bolton Office Park, LLC., a joint partnership between Condyne Investment Partners, LLC. and Ameritas, and Extra Space Management, Inc. Transwestern represented the Landlord and Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.

 

Extra Space Management, Inc. is a national organization that offers self-storage and storage management solutions in over 1,400 facilities across the United States. Its new administrative office will be located at 580 Main Street in Bolton, MA. Extra Space will occupy a 2,000 s.f. office within the multitenant building on the 1st floor. It will have direct access to the main lobby and building frontage. It includes 5 individual offices, a conference room, and a built-in kitchenette. Improvements will be made to suit business needs including the demolition of an existing wall to open the conference room, and kitchen updates with associated plumbing work.

 

The new administrative office for Extra Storage will allow the organization convenient access to their storage facilities in Massachusetts as it is located off Route 495 in the Metro West Region.
