CONDYNE EXECUTES LEASE EXTENSION FOR NESTLE IN NORTON, MASSACHUSETTS

Braintree, MA March 1, 2018 – Condyne announced the execution of a 41,318 square-foot (s.f.) lease extension with Nestle Waters North America, Inc. within the Norton Commerce Center. The lease amendment will commence in January 2019 and extend for a period of 10 years. The tenant will assume an additional 8,000 s.f. of warehouse space, and 4,941 s.f. of second floor office space. The landlord will install new hydraulic 35,000 lb dock levelers and dock shelters. The existing lighting fixtures will be upgraded to LED. There will also be improvements made to the exterior including all new landscaping, upgraded lights in the parking lot, and new paint for the building. Nestle is strategically located on Route 495, near Route 95 and Route 24. It is in a convenient area to serve the entire Southeaster Massachusetts region.
